A total of nine members make up the Economic Development Committee. Two members shall be village trustees, two members representing each the Greater Green Bay Convention and Visitors Bureau as well as the Ashwaubenon Business Association, and another five citizen members, which will be assigned staggered terms of three years.

The committee shall meet every second Thursday of the month and currently consists of the following members:  Ken Bukowski (chair), Gary Paul, Brian Hanes, Jamie Wright, Skip Krawczyk, Brad Toll and Kal Kerlin.
